From Uniprot.org, CHEK1 is expressed in secondary oocyte, fetal thymus, brain testis, bone marrow muscle, embryonic kidney, cervix carcinoma, leukemic t-cell, cervix carcinoma erythroleukemia, among other tissues. Regarding which tissues have CHEK1 expression, here are a few articles citing expression in various tissues:

We are currently using anti-Phospho-Chk1 (S296) Rabbit Monoclonal antibody P01060 for human tissue, and we are well pleased with the WB results. The species of reactivity given in the datasheet says human. Is it true that the antibody can work on goat tissues as well?

The anti-Phospho-Chk1 (S296) Rabbit Monoclonal antibody (P01060) has not been tested for cross reactivity specifically with goat tissues, though there is a good chance of cross reactivity. My boss were content with the WB result of your anti-Phospho-Chk1 (S296) Rabbit Monoclonal antibody. However we have observed positive staining in leukemic t-cell nucleus. cytoplasm. cytoplasm using this antibody. Is that expected? Could you tell me where is CHEK1 supposed to be expressed?
