We are currently using anti-Human IgG3 Rabbit Monoclonal antibody, Clone#RM119 M08374-1 for human tissue, and we are satisfied with the ELISA results. The species of reactivity given in the datasheet says human. Is it possible that the antibody can work on zebrafish tissues as well?

The anti-Human IgG3 Rabbit Monoclonal antibody, Clone#RM119 (M08374-1) has not been validated for cross reactivity specifically with zebrafish tissues, but there is a good chance of cross reactivity.
