Description
Recombinant Sp100 antigen is a full-length cDNA coding having a molecular mass of 54,662 Dalton (pH 5.0).Shows a 79kDa band on SDS-PAGE. Sp100 protein is fused to a hexa-histidine purification tag. Applications: Western blot with PBC sera or monoclonal anti-hexa-His-tag antibody.
Storage & Handling
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
