The POLR2A Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can monitor POLR2A protein expression profile in cells. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of POLR2A in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on POLR2A.

• Deionized or sterile water
• Squirt bottle, manifold dispenser, multichannel pipette reservoir or automated microplate washer
• Graph paper or computer software capable of generating or displaying logarithmic functions
• Absorbent papers or vacuum aspirator
• Test tubes or microfuge tubes capable of storing 1 ml
