1 Customer Q&As for Estrogen Receptor-alpha (Phospho-Tyr537) Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit
Question
Dear Technical Support: I would like to know whether this EKC2066 Estrogen Receptor-alpha (Phospho-Tyr537) Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit has been positively tested for IHC on rat formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue. If so, could you send me some images of the staining?

Answer
The EKC2066 antibody does not cross react well in IHC and in Western blot with rat and mouse sample. Thus we could not give you staining images from it.
