For the Anti-Insulin Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody M00067-1, it is suggested to use Tris-EDTA buffer for the antigen retrieval buffer with the compositions; 10 mM Tris(hydroxymethyl)methyl aminomethane THAM, 1 mM EDTA, 0.05% Tween 20, pH 9.0.
