Description
DLST is a Full-length cDNA coding for the mature form of the human OGDC-E2 protein having a molecular mass of 42,301 Dalton (pH 6.3).DLST protein is fused to a hexa-histidine purification tag. Applications: Western blot with anti-M2-Antigen autoantibody-positive patient sera or monoclonal anti-hexa-His-tag antibody.
Storage & Handling
Store DLST at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
