1 Customer Q&As for BRCA1 (Phospho-Ser1457) Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit
Question
I purchased BRCA1 (Phospho-Ser1457) Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit for IHC application. However, it seems that this particular antibody stained the nucleus of almost all tissues. Do you have any negative control tissue? How would I ensure its specificity?

Answer
The BRCA1 (Phospho-Ser1457) Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit is not unusual for this antibody to localize nucleus since it is widely expressed. Regarding about negative control tissue, we do not have any, however we would suggest to perform no primary control and perform with an isotype control.
