A synthesized peptide derived from human KAT2B / PCAF Functions as a histone acetyltransferase (HAT) to promote transcriptional activation. Has significant histone acetyltransferase activity with core histones (H3 and H4), and also with nucleosome core particles. Inhibits cell-cycle progression and counteracts the mitogenic activity of the adenoviral oncoprotein E1A.

Question
We are currently using anti-PCAF Monoclonal antibody M02403 for rat tissue, and we are satisfied with the WB results. The species of reactivity given in the datasheet says human, mouse, rat. Is it likely that the antibody can work on horse tissues as well?

The anti-PCAF Monoclonal antibody (M02403) has not been tested for cross reactivity specifically with horse tissues, but there is a good chance of cross reactivity.
