We are currently using anti-DCX/Doublecortin Rabbit Monoclonal antibody M01053 for rat tissue, and we are satisfied with the WB results. The species of reactivity given in the datasheet says human, mouse, rat. Is it possible that the antibody can work on canine tissues as well?

My team were content with the WB result of your anti-DCX/Doublecortin Rabbit Monoclonal antibody. However we have been able to see positive staining in cervix carcinoma cytoplasm. cell projection, using this antibody. Is that expected? Could you tell me where is DCX supposed to be expressed?

From what I have seen in literature, cervix carcinoma does express DCX. Generally DCX expresses in cytoplasm. cell projection,. Regarding which tissues have DCX expression, here are a few articles citing expression in various tissues:
