Description
SNRPD3 Human Recombinant produced in SF9 is a glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a calculated molecular mass of 14,739 daltons. SNRPD3 is expressed with a -6x His tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Applications: Western blot with anti-Sm positive patient sera.
Storage & Handling
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
