The PKC alpha (Phospho-Tyr657) Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can monitor PKC alpha (Phospho-Tyr657) protein expression profile in cells. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of PKC alpha (Phospho-Tyr657) in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on PKC alpha (Phospho-Tyr657).

Indeed, our EKC2200 PKC alpha (Phospho-Tyr657) Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit recognizes PKC alpha when phosphorylated at both S657 and Y658. It is created from a dual phosphorylated peptide. These EKC2200 antibody does not detect PKC alpha when either site is dephosphorylated.
