The NF-kappaB p100/p52 (Phospho-Ser865) Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can monitor NF-kappaB p100/p52 (Phospho-Ser865) protein expression profile in cells. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of NF-kappaB p100/p52 (Phospho-Ser865) in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on NF-kappaB p100/p52 (Phospho-Ser865).

- Microplate reader able to measure absorbance at 450 nm and/or 595 nm for Crystal Violet Cell Staining (Optional)
- Micropipettes with capability of measuring volumes ranging from 1 ul to 1 ml
- 37% formaldehyde (Sigma Cat# F-8775) or formaldehyde from other sources
- Deionized or sterile water
- Squirt bottle, manifold dispenser, multichannel pipette reservoir or automated microplate washer
- Graph paper or computer software capable of generating or displaying logarithmic functions
- Absorbent papers or vacuum aspirator
- Test tubes or microfuge tubes capable of storing 1 ml
- Orbital shaker
- Poly-L-Lysine (Sigma Cat# P4832 for suspension cells)

Just a query; what is the staining pattern is seen with this EKC2471 antibody in normal tissue, as it appear in the datasheet, it looks tumor tissue is nuclear? Does this antibody EKC2471 stain mitochondrial DNA?

Answer
The staining showed in the datasheet of EKC2471 antibody was in nuclear for both tumor and normal tissues used. Unfortunately, this antibody does not react with mitochondrial DNA.
