High-quality lysate with protein A/G affinity beads

Boster secondary antibody beads (also known as protein A/G beads) are highly efficient Adsorption particles that are utilized in immunoprecipitation methods. They are coated with high affinity secondary antibodies which can be used for the purification of specific antibody types. The quality of purified Igs can be enhanced with boster secondary antibody beads. These beads are required for the purification and use of specific kinds of antibodies.

Nonspecific antibodies must come from the same species as IP antibodies used in immunoprecipitation. Nonspecific antibody complexes may form on the beads, and are removed from lysate. Non-specific lysate products are removed by the protein A/G beads and agarose beads. This prevents them from co-purifying during IP studies.

Boster Bio high-quality Lysates can be prepared in two ways. One way is to mix cell lysate with antibody conjugates in a microcentrifuge tube. After the beads are attached to the beads the sample should be centrifuged to eliminate of the supernatant. The supernatant must then be removed.
