Facts about C-C motif chemokine 7.
C-C motif chemokine 7 (CCL7)
Chemotactic factor that attracts monocytes and eosinophils, but not neutrophils. Augments monocyte anti-tumor action.
Additionally induces the release of gelatinase B. This protein can bind heparin.
