Exhibits a high coumarin 7-hydroxylase activity. Can act in the hydroxylation of the anti-cancer drugs cyclophosphamide and ifosphamide.

Competent in the metabolic activation of aflatoxin B1. Constitutes the significant nicotine C-oxidase.
