Western blot analysis of Survivin using primary antibody dilution ratio of 1:2000. Survivin was detected in the two tumor cell lines, Jurkat (T cell lymphoma) and RS11846 (non-Hodgkin's lymphoma), but not in lysates from normal tissues. Survivin RP, full-length recombiant human survivin protein was used as a positive control.
