According to literature testis does express NCAM1. According to Uniprot.org, NCAM1 is expressed in neocortex, skeletal muscle, testis, brain, brain, kidney ovary, plasma, liver, among other tissues. We are currently using anti-NCAM Rabbit Monoclonal antibody M00184-1 for human tissue, and we are happy with the IF results. The species of reactivity given in the datasheet says human. Is it likely that the antibody can work on goat tissues as well?
