My boss were content with the WB result of your anti-MHC class 1 Rabbit Monoclonal antibody. However we have seen positive staining in cervix carcinoma cell membrane using this antibody. Is that expected? Could you tell me where is HLA-A supposed to be expressed?

From what I have seen in literature, cervix carcinoma does express HLA-A. Generally HLA-A expresses in cell membrane. Regarding which tissues have HLA-A expression, here are a few articles citing expression in various tissues:
