Question
According to your website, this is applicable to IP and WB. In WB, proteins are denatured. I want to make sure that the antibody binds to native protein (not denatured). Is this IP native or denatured proteins? Do you have any data on other applications, such as FCM, IHC, etc.?
Verified customer
Asked: 2022-07-19
Answer
Thank you for your inquiry. RIPA lysis buffer was used to prepare protein samples for IP. The proteins can be basically considered to have natural protein structure or close to native protein structure. Other applications such as FCM, IHC, etc. are not recommended.
