Facts about Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 1.
May phosphorylate the MAPK8/JNK1 kinase (PubMed:17761173). Activates CHUK and IKBKB, the fundamental protein kinases of the NF- kappa-B pathway (PubMed:9808624).

BosterBio is a tool that detects kidney injury. But is there any other uses for the MAP3K1 MAP3K1 indicator? These uses will be covered in this article, along with the explanation of the alias MEKK1.
According to reports, the MEKK1 gene is a member of Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase family (MAP3K). It is a member of the Protein kinase superfamily and subfamily of STE Ser/Thr kinases. This antibody has target specificity and designated applications. Continue reading to learn more about the benefits of this antibody, and how to use it in your laboratory.
The human gene MAP3K1 has also been known as MEKK1. This protein belongs to the Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase Kinases subfamily (MAP3Ks). It has many applications. Boster Bio has generated a series of antibodies against this protein.
MAP3Ks can be therapeutic targets for kidney injuries as they are upstream regulators intracellular signaling. The kinases MAP3K1 (and MAP3K4) are involved in many aspects related to kidney disease, including hypertension-induced kidney injury, diabetic nephropathy, hypertension, as well as hypertension-induced kidney damage. There is currently no evidence to support the therapeutic role of MAP3K1 for kidney injury. However, a few MAP3Ks were implicated in this process.
Recent research has identified a binding site between MAP3K1 & let-7g-5p. Let-7g-5p regulates MAP3K1. NEAT1 and MAP3K1 had a positive regulatory relationship. qRT-PCR also detected the expression of MAP3K1 as well as let-7g-5p from clinical samples.
567 patients suffering from mCRC were part of the study. The patients were tested in order to identify genetic alterations that activate PI3K/MAPK signaling. Potential therapeutic targets for MAP2K1 (ERBB2) were also identified. These results are consistent in clinical settings with those of other studies. However, future studies need to confirm this finding. This research can provide valuable data that could be used to develop new treatments for kidney injuries.
Transient expressions of MAP3K1 inhibit cell growth. MTDH and BAX proteins were reduced after transfection with MIR-145 and MIR-224 inhibitor. Similarly, MIR-375 reduced protein expression in kidney cells. In addition, the transient MAP3K1 expression also decreased the protein level. MAP3K1 was also less active than MTDH.
