The Boster Bio Anti-KHDRBS2, or KHDRBS2 anti-KTN1 antibody, is a human polyclonal antibody that reacts with the KTN1 marker. The KTN1 is a small protein found in the nucleus of cells. It is involved in alternative splicing and influences mRNA splicing site selection and exon inclusion. It is produced by binding to a poly-A homopolymer. This molecule also interacts with KTN1, allowing for greater incorporation of an exon into the pre-mRNA.
The Boster Bio Anti-Bax (A04613) antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat. It was originally developed to detect Bax, the truncated version of Bax. It has also been validated in ELISA and Western Blotting. The antibody is available in a 100ul Liquid form for easy use and reagent preparation.
