Boster Bio Anti-Integrinalpha /3-ITGA3 Antibody belongs to the Picoband(tm). It reacts with Human. It is a monoclonal, purified antibody by peptide affinity or protein A columns. It is created by immunizing rabbits (ranging in amino acid sequences from 165 up to 199) with a synthetic propeptide. ITGA8 is a highly-specific molecule that is expressed only on mesangial glomerulus cells. Single-cell sequencing has confirmed that ITGA8 is highly specific. This indicates that ITGA8 has important regulatory capabilities. Itga8 is a mesangial cell adhesion inhibitor, which suppresses migration and confers mechanical stability on the glomerulus. ITGA8 also improves mechanical stability of the glomerular capillary tip in a DOCA salt hypertension model.
ITGA8 is a protein which binds to mesangial cells within the glomerulus. Single cell sequencing confirmed its uniqueness. It also plays important regulatory roles, including adhesion and suppression migration. ITGA8 also adds mechanical stability and stability to glomerulus in DOCA-salt hypertension studies.
Mice with a genetic mutation of itga8 in glomerulonephritis will develop delayed glomerulonephritis. However, itga8 deficiency does not promote fibrosis either in vitro nor in vivo.
