Facts about CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein alpha.
During early embryogenesis, plays essential and redundant functions with CEBPB. Essential for the transition from common myeloid progenitors (CMP) to granulocyte/monocyte progenitors (GMP).

If you are looking for the most effective CEBPA biomarker You're in the right location. This article will explain how to use it for identifying genetic variants within a particular gene. They include HOXA9 among others, MEIS1, SREBPF1, TFDP2 and CEBPA. Read on to learn more. You'll also learn about other related biomarkers and their applications.
Boster Bio has developed ELISA kits and research antibodies to detect the CEBPA biomarker. These products detect the biomarker during cancer, neurosciences and inflammation and also in the development of biology. Boster Bio antibody kits offer high sensitivity to picogram levels. Tebu-bio stocks Boster Bio immunological reagents. The company provides the following items:
The CEBPA protein is composed of 358 amino acids and forms stable heterodimers with other CEBP proteins. It is in contact with the proteins UBN1, ZNF638, CDK2 and PRDM16. Other interactions that are known to CEBPA include ZNF638 PRDM16, ZNF638, and the E2F1 compound TFDP2. CEBPA is also known as C/EBPalpha.
The CEBPA gene is part of the BZIP/C/EBP family. The amino-acid sequence predicted by the gene is 358 aa. It is a nuclear subcellular proteins with four isoforms. There are many names for the CEBPA gene including C/EBPa and TFDP2. There are many human diseases that can be characterized by the CEBPA gene such as leukemia.
In addition to the CEBPA marker, Boster Bio also develops antibodies and ELISA kits for neurosciences, cancer, and development. The ELISA kits can be ordered via tebu bio and are sensitive to picograms. They are based on the design of immunogens and have excellent sensitivities. The Boster ELISA kits are designed to detect biomarkers across a broad range of samples.
The SREBP-1 Cell Based ELISA Kit is a convenient and efficient method to monitor the expression of SREBP-1 cells. This kit can be used for screening the effects of activators or treatments on the SREBP-1 levels. This kit will not work on all types of samples. It is designed to determine SREBP-1 levels in cells that have been cultured. This kit is not available as a standalone product.
This protein attaches to fatty acids, and can be found in Adipocytes. The gene is overexpressed to increase FAS expression. Moreover, forced overexpression of SREBP-1c in transgenic mice led to steatosis of the liver. However, despite the impact of starvation, the mRNA levels of other fatty acid-metabolizing enzymes as well as genes were not affected.
HFrD increased the expression of a number of key fatty acid producing genes, including SREBPF1. It also induced G6pc, which is vital to the production of glucose. Additionally, it increased the expression of Slc37a4 which regulates the transport of glucose-6-phosphate to the endoplasmic reticulum lumen. However the results of this study are not conclusive.
Fructose activates both SREBPF1 & G6pc. Additionally, these two proteins stimulate the activity the lipogenic enzymes as well as glucose. These studies demonstrate that G6pc activation induced by fructose plays a major role in the development of hepatitis. Further research is required to clarify the role of SREBPF1 in the hepatic glucose homeostat.
SREBPF1 blocks Wnt/bcatenin signaling in human mast cells and colon cancer cell lines. Through its histidine triad motif it interacts with the substrate. There are many transcript variants of HINT1 genes, but only one protein-coding variant has been discovered. It could be beneficial to employ HINT1-DN for non-programmed reticulocytes lysate tests.
TFDP2 regulates erythropoiesis by repressing gene expression during the cell cycle. The function of TFDP2 isn't fully understood however, it is likely to influence the expression of other genes within the cell cycle. This could explain why TFDP2 target genes are found in other tissues. Further research is required to determine the role played by TFDP2 in this process.
TFDP2 is essential for proper control of the cell cycle across a variety of cell types. It has also been shown to play a significant role in a variety of differentiation pathways. This gene is essential for erythroid maturation. It is responsible for the growth of red blood cells, deficient S phase arrest and other hematopoetic problems. It is essential that Tfdp2 functions as a key regulator of the erythrocyte cell cycle.
This antibody has been tested in the flow cytometry lab, IF, and IP. It is extremely specific for E2F transcription factors and has excellent sensitivity. Boster Bio's TFDP2 antigen is both monoclonal as well as polyclonal. The E2 recognition site is present in the promoter region of a variety of genes. If you are not able or unwilling to find E2F in your samples , consider ordering the E2F transcription Factor as a reference.
The cell cycle is also affected by a different protein, called the DREAM complex. It binds to MYBL2 protein, which inhibits expression of genes that regulate cell cycle. DREAM complex dissociates during S phase. It is comprised of subcomplexes LIN9-37, LIN52-LIN54 and subcomplexes that LIN52-LIN54 connect to MYBL2. The TFDP2-E2F1-related interaction inhibits CEBPA-dependent gene expression.
The CEBPA gene is a protein which provides instructions for the production of CCAAT enhancer bind protein alpha (CEBPA). CEBPA is bound to specific regions of DNA and controls the function of specific genes. CEBPA is involved in the maturation and control of specific genes. Some scientists believe that it functions as a tumor suppressor and impedes uncontrolled cell growth.
The CEBPA marker can be used to determine the presence of PITX2 or SIX1 in chickens. Both genes are on chromosome 5 and each gene has two exons. However, further studies on functional aspects are necessary to determine how the gene influences the quality of the meat of chickenn mm ELIS iecienzytnhicsaots /lPare found in other tissues.rpn of quality ospecPA. rstood howe a majo imrtapressiiiculocyt
