A C6 marker is used

A mouse anti-human C6 Ab is used to determine the affinity of C6 antibodies against target proteins. This antibody binds C6 in the C5b6 complex with high affinity. Below are SPR sensorgrams showing the binding kinetics for C6 as well as 1C9. The data are shown in black lines. For example, mAb1C9 binds to C6 at an on-rate 1.36 x105 M-1s-1s-1, and an off-rate 2.82 x10-4 + 1.3x10-6 s-1-1, respectively.

The C6 was diluted at a rate equal to 30 uL per min over the samples. Each point was repeated at least twice.
