The ANGPTL1 Gene is an oncogene expressed in the stomach, small intestine and the small intestine. Its expression decreases in GC, particularly in intestinal-type tumours. The FC was -2.090 with gastric adenocarcinoma. It was 3.599 with intestinal-type cancers. Cho and Cui reported that the FC for intestinal type GC was -2.074 versus 3.703.
