If we can’t make your experiment work, we will refund your purchase in full or provide a replacement free of charge.

Terms of Agreement
The Boster guarantee applies to products that have been purchased from us directly or through any of our authorized distributors. We offer refunds for full-size products, not sample sizes. For order issues with non-quality related causes, such as ordering the wrong products and not informing us in time, we charge 15-50% restocking fee depending on the product line to cover the cost incurred. We reserve the right to not issue refunds or replacements for situations not defined in this article.
