Review : "The standards and ELISA kit worked great. I was using this kit to detect IL-2 secretion from Jurkat T-cells upon activation with PMA and PHA. I followed the protocol exactly. I had extremely low levels of IL-2 in my experiment, which were just above background. In this case, it was essential for me to use the standards and blanks to ensure that my samples were above background. All components come with the kit, unlike some other kits from other companies in which only some of the necessary components are provided.
