Background of UBTF
Recognizes the ribosomal RNA gene promoter and activates transcription mediated by RNA polymerase I through cooperative interactions with the transcription factor SL1/TIF-IB complex. It binds specifically to the upstream control element.

We are currently using anti-UBF1 antibody A05134 for human tissue, and we are happy with the IHC results. The species of reactivity given in the datasheet says human, mouse, rat. Is it possible that the antibody can work on bovine tissues as well?

The anti-UBF1 antibody (A05134) has not been tested for cross reactivity specifically with bovine tissues, but there is a good chance of cross reactivity.
