Background of ROR1
ROR1 is a receptor protein tyrosine kinase whose cellular role has not been determined. It is a type I membrane protein and belongs to the ROR subfamily of cell surface receptors. Studies of a similar protein in mouse suggest that this protein may interact with another receptor protein tyrosine kinase and may be involved in skeletal and cardiac development.
Antibody Validation
Boster validates all antibodies on WB, IHC, ICC, Immunofluorescence, and ELISA with known positive control and negative samples to ensure specificity and high affinity, including thorough antibody incubations.

Immunohistochemical analysis of A03192 on paraffin-embedded Human heart tissue. Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde at room temperature. Heat induced epitope retrieval was performed by EDTA buffer (pH9. 0). Samples were incubated with primary antibody(1:100) for 1 hour at room temperature. Undiluted CRF Anti-Polyvalent HRP Polymer antibody was used as the secondary antibody.

Overlay histogram showing A549 cells stained with A03192 (green line). The cells were fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde (10 min). The cells were then icubated in 2% bovine serum albumin to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (A03192, 1:25 dilution) for 60 min at 37ºC. The secondary antibody used was Goat-Anti-Rabbit IgG, DyLight® 488 Conjugated Highly Cross-Adsorbed at 1/200 dilution for 40 min at 37ºC. Isotype control antibody (blue line) was rabbit IgG1 (1g/1x10^6 cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10, 000 events was performed.
