We are currently using anti-PNPLA8/Ipla2 Gamma antibody A30583 for human tissue, and we are satisfied with the WB results. The species of reactivity given in the datasheet says human, mouse. Is it likely that the antibody can work on pig tissues as well?

The anti-PNPLA8/Ipla2 Gamma antibody (A30583) has not been tested for cross reactivity specifically with pig tissues, but there is a good chance of cross reactivity.
