HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY VWA5A (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-VWA5A.

IHC analysis of VWA5A using anti-VWA5A antibody (M13975).
VWA5A was detected in a paraffin-embedded section of human colorectal adenocarcinom tissue. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed in EDTA buffer (pH 8.0, epitope retrieval solution). The tissue section was blocked with 10% goat serum. The tissue section was then incubated with 1:200 mouse anti-VWA5A Antibody (M13975) overnight at 4°C. Peroxidase Conjugated Goat Anti-mouse IgG was used as secondary antibody and incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C. The tissue section was developed using HRP Conjugated Mouse IgG Super Vision Assay Kit (Catalog # SV0001) with DAB as the chromogen.
