Acts by forming a complex with phosphorylated PHF2, which mediates demethylation at Lys-336, leading to target the PHF2-ARID5B complex to target promoters, where PHF2 mediates demethylation of dimethylated 'Lys-9' of histone H3 (H3K9me2), followed by transcription activation of target genes. The PHF2- ARID5B complex acts as a coactivator of HNF4A in liver. Required for adipogenesis: regulates triglyceride metabolism in adipocytes by regulating expression of adipogenic genes. Overexpression leads to induction of smooth muscle marker genes, suggesting that it may also act as a regulator of smooth muscle cell differentiation and proliferation. Represses the cytomegalovirus enhancer. . Key=application_notes, value=This affinity purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and by western blot. Background of Bradykinin RB2/BDKRB2
FANCC (also called Protein FACC or Fanconi Anemia Group C protein) is involved in DNA repair, perhaps specifically with post-replication repair or a cell cycle checkpoint function. Antibody Validation
Boster validates all antibodies on WB, IHC, ICC, Immunofluorescence, and ELISA with known positive control and negative samples to ensure specificity and high affinity, including thorough antibody incubations.
The recommendations below provide a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration varies and should be decided by the user.
Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.

Figure 1. Western blot analysis of Bdkrb2 using anti-Bdkrb2 antibody (A03117). Electrophoresis was performed on a 5-20% SDS-PAGE gel at 70V (Stacking gel) / 90V (Resolving gel) for 2-3 hours. The sample well of each lane was loaded with 50ug of sample under reducing conditions. After Electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to a Nitrocellulose membrane at 150mA for 50-90 minutes. Blocked the membrane with 5% Non-fat Milk/ TBS for 1.5 hour at RT. The membrane was incubated with rabbit anti-Bdkrb2 antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # A03117) at 0.5 ug/mL overnight at 4°C, then washed with TBS-0.1%Tween 3 times with 5 minutes each and probed with a goat anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10000 for 1.5 hour at RT. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit (Catalog # SA1022) with Tanon 5200 system. A specific band was detected for Bdkrb2.

Figure 2. IHC analysis of Bdkrb2 using anti-Bdkrb2 antibody (A03117). Bdkrb2 was detected in paraffin-embedded section. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed in citrate buffer (pH6, epitope retrieval solution) for 20 mins. The tissue section was blocked with 10% goat serum. The tissue section was then incubated with 1ug/ml rabbit anti-Bdkrb2 Antibody (A03117) overnight at 4°C. Biotinylated goat anti Rabbit IgG antibody was used as secondary antibody and incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C. The tissue section was developed using Strepavidin-Biotin-Complex (SABC)(Catalog # SA1022) with DAB as the chromogen.
