Description
Recombinant Human Trypsin-2 expressed in E. coli having an Mw of 24kDa is purified by standard chromatography techniques. Applications: Trypsin digestion: the suggested ratio is 1:50 to 1:1000 (w/w).
Storage & Handling
Recombinant Human Trypsin although stable at room temp for 1 week, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
