Description
Full-length recombinant human METTL3/METTL14 complex was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal GST tag. The METTL3 and METTL14 gene accession numbers are NM_019852 and NM_020961.
Storage & Handling
Store product at –70oC. For optimal storage, aliquot target into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. For most favorable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles. (Ship on dry ice.)
