Answer
EKC2265 Interferon-gamma Receptor alpha (Phospho-Tyr457) Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit is sold at 100 ug per vial. We recommend to reconstitute this in 200 ul of sterile distilled water, so this will give a stock concentration of 0.5mg/ml. Regarding the isotype, this EKC2265 antibody is polyclonal, thus contains a mixture of all antibody isotypes but the main isotype of polyclonal is IgG. For the secondary antibodies we would suggest to use an anti-rabbit IgG.

Answer
The validated records we have on Interferon-gamma Receptor alpha (Phospho-Tyr457) Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit only works on pH6 citrate buffer as a retrieval buffer for this antibody. But, it is possible that a different pH buffer will also work, however we do not have any experimental data on this.
