Question
Can PROTP32320 be used for cell culture?
Verified customer
Asked: 2019-03-08
Answer
CDA Cytidine Deaminase Human Recombinant Protein (PROTP32320) can be used for cell culture. The activity testing is sourced out to an outside contractor and therefore we do not have the assay specifications but only the below result. Specific activity :> 3.5unit/mg. One unit of activity was defined as the amount required to deaminate 1.0 umole of cytidine per min at pH 7.5 at 250C.
