Rho GTPase-activating protein 45 (ARHGAP45)

Contains a GTPase activator for the Rho-type GTPases (RhoGAP) domain which would be able to regulate the actin cytoskeleton in addition to cell spreading. However, also contains N-terminally a BAR-domin which is in a position to play an autoinhibitory effect on this RhoGAP activity.
